The first of its kind in Limerick and a family run outlet, RoseMount Shooting School uncovers a legacy of clay pigeon shooting. Steve’s father, former Irish and British open winner, Eddie, was one of the first clay pigeon shooting teachers in Ireland.
Eddie Daly opened Rosemount Shooting School in 1993. His wife Mary is an active shooting competitor and is on the Limerick Ladies Crackshot Team.
Eddie has trained many shooters over the past few years and ultimately witnessed several noteworthy competitors achieve international success. Rosemount Shooting School is proud to have not only All Ireland titles, but European and World titles as well.
Where we are..
In 2018, Rosemount relocated from its original grounds to where it is now, Dromdeeveen in Adare. Owner and manager, Steve runs the school in such a way that shooting enthusiasts, novices and absolute beginners, can enjoy the highest standard of tuition, or simply a fun and safe weekend of activity. RoseMount instructors have over 40 years shooting and firearm safety experience and travel to many shooting grounds and venues all over Ireland.
They always start with a safety briefing (put in the letter a before safety) and groups of any size as well as individuals, can rely on the highest standard of tuition in Clay Shooting and Archery at Rosemount.
